Losing your dog can be the most heartbreaking experience that any dog parent faces. I know because it happened to me. It's hard to put into words the joy I felt when I received a call two days later from somebody who had found my dog.
We live in a townhouse and each unit has it's own backyard. We had made sure that our backyard was totally secure. The only way out of the backyard was through a gate that we keep locked.
We had the key and the only other key was in possession of the association president, who gave it to the lawn maintenance fellows when they mowed the lawn.
Well, you guessed it! The lawn fellows left the gate open slightly and our little dog took off on an adventure.
The good news is that we got our little dog back two days later when someone saw one of the many signs we posted in the neighborhood.

Well, let me know what you think. I have to admit this video brought a tear to my eye. How about you?
Hello, my name is Angela Miller. Several years ago, I rescued a little seven-year-old Bichon Frise. I started looking into dog nutrition so I could keep my little love bug for as long as I possibly could. I love my dog too much to feed him unhealthy food. I hope some of the things I've learned along the way will help you and your dog.
